  3. Whisk together the broth, soy sauce, honey, garlic, vinegar, ginger, and brown sugar. Pour into the skillet with the broccoli and pepper; cook 3 to 4 minutes.

  4. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and simmer until the sauce thickens.
